• After Packing/Dispatch: Once your items are packed or dispatched from our facility, cancellation is absolutely not possible. We enforce this rule to maintain smooth logistics and to protect the unhandled purity of the artifacts heading your way.

How to Request a Cancellation

Refund Process for Successful Cancellations

If your cancellation request is received and successfully processed within the allowed timeframe, we will initiate a full refund. The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method within 14 working days.
