Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Divinebhushan Enterprises, we take immense pride in the spiritual purity (pavitrata) and authenticity of our sacred artifacts and holistic wellness essentials.
Our Commitment to Sanctity (No General Returns)
To maintain the highest level of physical and spiritual integrity for our customers, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Once a sacred item, such as a Rudraksha or Yantra, has been dispatched and received, accepting it back would compromise its unhandled purity. Every item you receive from us is guaranteed to be untouched by previous buyers.
Eligibility for Replacement
We stand by the quality of our packing and our products. We offer a free replacement exclusively under the following two circumstances:
You received a defective or damaged product due to transit issues.
You received the wrong product that does not match your order confirmation.
The Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strictly Required)
To process any replacement claim for a damaged or incorrect item, a clear unboxing video is strictly mandatory.
The video must be unedited and uncut. * It must clearly show the package's original, unopened seal before you begin opening it.
It must be shot from a proper, clear angle showing the entire unboxing process and the exact defect or damage on the product.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or with a video showing an already opened package, will not be accepted.
How to Claim a Replacement (The 24-Hour Window)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Send an email to our support team with your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video attached.
Once our team reviews the video and approves the claim, we will arrange for a return pickup at our cost.
After we receive the damaged/incorrect item back at our facility and complete our physical verification, we will immediately dispatch your fresh replacement.
Refund Exceptions
Because we are committed to fulfilling your spiritual needs, our policy is strictly replacement-focused. Refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect items. However, in the rare event that the specific item you ordered is completely out of stock and we are unable to provide a replacement after a valid claim, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
